Built from a working monument shop.
MonuOS didn't start in a boardroom with a list of software features. It started on the floor of an operating monument shop — Trinity Monuments — where the same problems came up week after week. MonuOS is the software built to solve them, and every feature is still tested against real monument work before it ships.
The problems a real shop kept hitting.
These aren't hypothetical pain points from a market survey. They're the day-to-day frustrations of running a monument business — the ones that made MonuOS necessary.
The work lived everywhere
Orders in a spreadsheet that drifted out of date, proofs approved by text that never reached the shop floor, deposits nobody recorded, installs planned on a napkin. Nothing talked to anything else.
Prepping photos was painful
Turning a family's phone photo into something an engraver could use meant Photoshop, outsourcing, or hours of hand-work — for a single portrait or scene.
Artwork to stencil was slow
Getting a photo or a drawing into a clean, cut-ready sandblast stencil meant hand-tracing or mailing artwork out and waiting — with no guarantee the file would even import at the right size.
Families kept calling
"How's the stone coming?" — over and over — because there was no simple way to keep a family, a funeral home, and a cemetery in the loop.
Tested against real monument work.
Because MonuOS is built alongside an operating shop, features are proven on genuine orders, real artwork, and actual production files — not demo data.
Real files, real orders
The stencil studio, the AI photo tools, quotes, proofs, and the production board are exercised on the kind of work a monument shop does every day, so they hold up in the shop, not just in a demo.
Deterministic safety over AI guesswork
AI drafts and suggests; deterministic checks decide what is safe. A stencil that fails validation, or whose SVG and DXF disagree, cannot ship — the machine never sees a bad file.
Your data, isolated and verified
Every shop's data is separated with database-level row security, and that isolation is verified by an automated test suite on every release. Your customers, orders, and files are yours alone.
Shipped continuously
New production safeguards, deeper AI, and platform hardening ship on a steady cadence — no migrations, no downtime, nothing to install.
Who's behind MonuOS.
MonuOS is made exclusively for the monument industry — one platform for orders, design proofs, AI production tools, a B2B stone marketplace, family tracking links, texting, hosted websites, scheduling, time clock, and billing.
Our roots
MonuOS grew out of the work of Trinity Monuments, an operating monument shop. The people building it know the trade's terminology, its edge cases, and what actually happens between a first phone call and a set stone.
MonuOS is built and led by Steven, the owner of Trinity Monuments. He runs the shop day to day — taking the orders, preparing the artwork, and setting the stones himself — so the platform is shaped by someone living the trade, not guessing at it.
Our commitment
Out-detail every generic tool a monument shop might otherwise stitch together, keep families and shops honest with clear records, and never let convenience override a safe production file. We publish only what is true and settled — no invented numbers, no fake reviews.
